Whats the best mide pipe for a B-303 cam

An X or H pipe. The reason I'm asking is I had Mac l/t's with a prochamber and Mac cat back. It sounded good and really raspy, not to loud at cruising considering having l/ts. I removed the l/t's becasue they were interfering with the 7 quart oil pan, so I installed FMS shortys and a Mac off road h-pipe. All I can say is its just to damn loud, and I don't like it, it just doesn't sound like a 5.0 mustang. I was thinking about installing some convertors or just ordering a x-pipe with cats. Does anybody but know if the b-303 sounds better with an x pipe?

not sure if it will sound better with a x-pipe but cats will definetally quiet it down for you.

i have the bcam and the heddman hedders x pipe, and the magically disappearing smog control. i love the sound. it sounds like a pissed off t rex. the longer i have had it, the deeper the sound gets. i doubt you will be disappointed with an x pipe. my car sounds very unique among mustang 5.0's around here.

I'll wondering if the catted h with sound nicer than the x-pipe would? The b-303 has some much damn over lap it sounds funny IMO.

hmm, that is an interesting possibility. i know there are alot of 5.0's with catted h pipes and since the bcam is pretty common it shoudln't be too hard to locate someone with that combo. good luck man.
