What's the best way to lowering 60ft times.

I was thinking adding tubular LCAs, upper CA, and LCA relocation brackets. Along with a good set of 295'.

Question is installing lower control arms, upper control arms and the relocation brackets an easy job? Is it a do it your selfer or should I get a shop to install?

Ultimately I'm looking for advice on what to do to get faster 60ft times at the track.

thats a very good start. also, practice will go a long way toward improving your 60' times.

if you have basic mechanical skills, then this should not be a hard install. a few bolts, and you are done.

Lower control arms are easy. I just did them for the first time today, and I did it all by myself.

If you know how to follow directions and turn a wrench you should be OK

Also unless you are lowering your car, you shouldn't need relocation brackets. I didn't install any, just the LCAs.

The relocation brackets do 2 things. First, they correct the angle of the control arms to a more level position. 2nd, they allow the use of 15's.

To improve 60ft times I suggest an aluminum driveshaft, aluminum flywheel, Mickey ET Streets, and 4500rpm launch.

Throwing parts at it will definitely work. Tires, gears, and LCA's will lower your 60's. However, the best thing is practice... it's free

You didn't say if you have an auto or stick. I'm gonna ASSume a stick... at the line, I bring my revs up to about 4,000 rpms. Then when I launch, I slip out the clutch and ease into the gas just as if I'm pulling out from a red light on a very steep hill. This nets me on average mid 1.9x 60's, with several 1.88-1.92's on the stock Pirelli's.
