I have 17x10.5 wheels and run a 315/35/17. I have also ran the 335/35R17 Hoosier Drag Radial.

Umm, keep in mind that 315-335 is with a MUCH WIDER rear wheel. On your 8" wide bullit wheel, the absolute maximum is a 275. I personally think a 275 on a stock wheel looks terrible, not to mention it distorts the contact patch and allows excessive rollover in turns.

You won't run into rubbing issues with a stock wheel. And as bhuff stated, if you are using a 17x8 factory Bullitt, don't go over 275/40/17.

There was a guy on svtperformance a few years ago who threw some 345 Viper tires onto his 03 Cobra. He just had to shave a few IRS bolts a bit to clear them from the tires.

Needless to say that they look absolutely insanely killer!
