Whats the word on a MAC o/r H pipe?

I can get a MAC off road H pipe on the cheap (~50$) used. Whats the word on this mid pipe? Good or bad? Quality? Fitment? PIA factor of installation? Would you recommend the MAC o/r H?

Would you suggest BUYING Mil Eliminators or making them? Anybody got instructions on how to make them?

Is 50$ too much for this used pipe in good condition?
