Wheel mounting surface distance

Guys, what's the distance from the wheel mounting surface (rotor) to the front and rear fenders on a '90 Mustang? Somebody told me it was 3.25" in the front and 4.5" in the rear.

The thing is that I'm looking for some new wheels and I want to know what's the widest deep-dished wheels I can use without sticking the tires out from the fenders.
