wheel polish

hey, after getting my new wheels i need to keep them clean. whats a good chrome wheel polisher?

Mothers for open metal. Don't use it on coated rims though.

I've always had good luck cleaning chrome with windex window cleaner and then polishing with SIMICHROME polishing paste.

how do u know if its coated? my wheels are polished

Well what wheels do you have?

If they have a clearcoat on them, you absolutley do not want to polish them. You will remove the protective clearcoat.

polished saleens. is there a way to tell? ill try windex tomorrow

Once you get them all polished up with metal polish I'd put a nice coat of wax on them, too.
