Wheel Rub...Eibach Pro Kit

I had a passenger for the first time since having my Eibach Pro Kit installed. I wiegh about 185, he weighs about 215 and there was a little wheel rub on the right rear tire.

Is a little rubbing normal once you lower the car?

The car looks dmn awesome though.

Wow, with my pro kits I have enough room to stick 4 fingers between the top of the rear wheels and my fender lip, but then again I have a coupe. Check to see if its rubbing on the inside or the outside.. I had 245/45/17's all around and only rubbed the fronts on full turn. What size/offset wheels do you have (not tires)?

I'd suggest looking at your shocks and seeing if they need replaced. Ride height isnt just the springs, it's also the shocks. I've had 245/45/17 Cobra Rs on my car all the way around and none of them rubbed, and i've even got stock shocks on mine but i had no rubbing issues. Do you have some kind of oddball back spacing on your rims?

I'd also check your spring install. If you have the pigtails on the rear 180 degrees out then it will drop the car a lot more. Also, do you have insulators on the springs? Seems like the problem is with the springs/install and not the tires. How much tire clearance did you have prior to the install, I assume with stock springs?
