As you all probably know, the stock rear wheels on the 96-98 cobras are hiding about 2-3 inches in from the rear fenders, which in my opinion, is quite obnoxious. I was wondering if anybody has used rear spacers on their wheels and if they work and look good. Also, how much would a set of rear spacers cost?

Get the H&R Motorsport spacers with the studs... these bolt on using your existing studs.

I have the 1" (~25mm) spacers and the wheels look alot better... they sell thicker spacers, but I think it would start to look silly.

Drop a string down from the center of your front fender and then measure how far back the front rim sits from the string... do the same for the rear and you'll find the difference is 1 3/8" (at least on my '01 & '03 Cobra). H&R sells 1 3/8" spacers but those are really going to stick out.

Yeah, I just picked up a set of 1" for an excellent price from a wonderul guy! :nice: But Maximum Motorsports sell them for something like 165 with shipping!

Havent installed them yet for I need to do the brakes first!
