Electrical Where Do These Go

Hello, I'm new to Mustangs but not to Fords. Bought a 1999 GT w/4.6. Does anyone know what these pigtails connect to? The harness of each runs the length of the fuel rail. Then the passenger side crosses over and meets up with the one from the driver's side.
I've got the Ford Mustang wiring diagrams for '99 from Ford Technical Support Operations but can not find a diagram with either harness and pigtail.

The do not look factory. Nor do they look like any connector on my 2000 GT (or 2003 GT).

I really suspect they are not factory items.

+10000. They are not factory. I'd guess left over from an old HID kit or something similar but they are on the fuel rail so I have no clue.

Love to see pictures of the wire runs and termination.
