Which control arm bushings?

i want to set a set of upper & lower control arms here in the next week or so. i have heard so many things about the different bushings (some being squeeky, some being non-street friendly). i would like to know which types of bushings are the best?
i have seen Macs delivered for $210.
X2Cs for 169 (which i doubt ill go with)
BBKs are 270
Jds uppers and lowers are 179 (heard some good things about them)
Granatellis--vary by types of control arms

what other brands have good/street friendly bushings?

this car sees like 100 miles of town use a week and hits the track every 1-3 weeks.

Any aftermarket control arms will do great. As long as they have greasable bushings. I have Granatelli adjustable lowers ($199.95 with SUMMIT) They are great.

I've been told to stay away from spherical bushings for a street car, that they are really only good for a drag car because otherwise it will bind and cause damage. Poly works good from what I hear.

There are also different types of arms. Adjustable, non adjustable, double adjustable, and then lift/traction bars, such as southsides.
