Just wondering what you guys think is the best head/ intake/ cam to match up with a 347 stroker. The brands that came to mind For intakes are Holley systemak II, Eldebrock performer II, Trick Flow wedge I think that is the name. So let me here you guys about your opinions and the Hp The Combos should make. Thanks, Randy.

There are soooo many different ways you can go. Do you want your car to be a Drag monster or is this your Daily driver? Is it for street and strip use? What kind of times are you shooting for? Do you want a 12 sec car or 11 sec car or 10 sec? Also the lower the ET the less streetable it will become. Although I know a couple guys who drive there high 8 sec. LS1 to and from work:eek:

Also do you have to worry about Emissions? AFR 185's are a popular choice for 347 Strokers to make good power so I have been told. A custom ground cam would be the way I would go though for sure.

Iw ould want it to be a DD and low 11's would be great but that is a plenty for me.

i have to say initially I was all for piecing together a h/c/i package. I was going to go with vic jr heads/rpm II intake/tfs stage II cam. But after seeing some folks on here numbers with the trickflow top end kit. I have to say it impressed so much. To the point where I would just get that kit. And call it a day. And for a few more horses port the heads. But if I were you its what I would get. You will definitely being somewhere in the 300+ range especially with a 347.

300hp to the wheels? How much tourqe? With the combo you just mention what kind of numbers do think that setup could do in a notch?
