Which Rims? Which Tires? I need help...

I have a set of stock tri-bars (17x9) and a set of v6 rims (15x6 i think) and I want to get a set of drag radials or tires that I can use at the track. I'm wondering which rim would work better and which tire I should go with.

Any suggestions/experience?

the stock tri-bars are 17x8 just so you know, and many run a set of nitto 555R in either 245/45/17 or 275/40/17 on those rims.

Get some 26x10x15 or 26x8.5x15 et streets or et drags for the 15's. The 15's allow extra sidewall for more shock absorption and they are lighter.
