I gotta agree with the other posters, those black 03 Cobras look like crap. ANY black wheel needs a silver or polished lip.

Are you guys sure?? I saw a pair of the cobras on a sonic blue mustang. They look really good when they're nice and clean (which they will be). It just seems like everybody gets the bullits and I want to be somewhat unique

Bullitts look good but if you think bullitts are not unique, than why did you make that an option?lol It seems like you don't really want them. Just my thought.

If you want unique then don't get ford or replicas of ford wheels. Look at some other wheels out there.

I see tons of unique cars on the road every day; that doesn't mean they look good though.

bullitts are over used because they look awesome on pretty much everything.

all black i dont like because theres no contrast between the tire and the rim.

black fr500s may look good on your car. they would of been my other choice if i didn't just buy chrome dd bullitts. it was fr500s, bulitts, or draglites.

Its not that I don't want them, I was just surprised that every single person preferred the bullits.

69 clark, I checked out a bunch of different wheels but i really like all of the replicas. I want to stick to the mustang roots.

autumn, I was thinking about the fr500's but i really like the solid 5 spokes for some reason.

I probably will end up going with the bullits though. But this leads to another question: If I want to go with 18's, what is the lowest drop that would still be safe 1"? 2"?

Don't worry about unique, just get something you like.

Personally I hate those black Cobras. There is a guy here with a white Mustang who has those and it looked horrible.

personally i am more of a fan of the 03 cobra wheels...just not in all black. I have to agree that if it came down between the two of those, i would choose the bullits every time simply because of the polished lip, i just dont like ALL black wheels. And as for the unique thing, things become popular because they look good. Hell, i rolled on 95 cobra R wheels for years even when people were saying they were "played out"...If something gets to be played out...its for a reason. go with what you like

i agree with everyone else. the cobra wheels in all black don't separate the wheel from the tire. it all blends to crap.

I'm going to change it up and say.... neither! Black wheels, to me, are amazing. However, to me they ONLY look good on cars that have tinted windows. So unless you're planning on tinting your windows in the very near future, I vote no to any black rim.

Yeah I'm trying to black the car out as much as I can. I'm getting tint, replacing my door handles and fuel door with black handles and a black door, and switching out my sick white interior for black interior. Plus the black top, chin spoiler, saleen spoiler and taillights should hopefully bring it together well. Especially for a guys who is on a tight budget.

And Yeah I would never get black rims on a white stang

Thanks to everyone for the input. Once I get the cash, I'm going to go with the bullits
