Hi guys,

Ive got a 96 Saleen and Im tyring to figure what interior to instal. At the moment its got stock GT seats and while they're great for comfort they just dont look the part. Ive seen these katzskin covers but they look odd in the pictures. The other thing ive been thinking is a set of race type bucket seats, has anyone got some nice recaros in theirs that they can show us ??

Also, will 2002 cobra seats fit a 96 ?

these are real nice, but i dont like the cobra logo, as mines not a cobra, anyone know of anything similar ?

What color is your car? What about Mach 1 seats. Same as Cobra, but no snake emblem.

the car is orange but has the 2 tone black/grey interior. I nver thought of mach seats, I'll have a look now, cheers dude,

Mach 1 seats same as Cobra?

You can't be serious? The Mach 1 (or at least the one i sat in) does not have true leather w/ suede inserts. I've yet to see or feel a more comfortable seat in a Mustang than the factory Cobras.

"Same" as in same design. They do have the same cushion contruction. Oh an BTW, its not real suede. ITS Alcantra inserts. Faux suede.

I don't know how the faux suede feels, but I love my comfort weave.

Avoid these seats

I purchased a set of seats last spring and they looked great. They fit the car well and were comfortable, but that only lasted 6 months or so. They have been decomposing before my eyes. The foam is disintergrating, the bolsters have seperated from the frame, the seams are tearing. These seats are so poorly made. The name on them is MATRIX, but there are several other brands that are the same seats sold under a different name. I bought mine on Ebay, but Pepboys also sells the same seats. They are good seats as long as you don't use them.
I guess you get what you pay for.
