Which supercharger for my setup?

Ok so I have decided to go with the base kit supercharger from either paxton (novi 1000) or vortech (sc trim). Basically this is what my setup will look like when finished.

either paxton or vortech 6psi kit
mac shorties
o/r h-pipe
flowmasters
70mm T/B
Anderson Power pipe
3.73 gears
edelbrock performer u/l intake

So my questions are.
1) which supercharger would be better for my application between the vortech and the paxton (base 6psi kits)? Is there much of a difference, because I can get the paxton cheaper than the vortech?
2) is my stock MAF fine w/this setup, or is it restricting it?
3) is my T/B a good size for this setup?

both blowers pretty much identicle...

Novi 1000 will edge out SC-trim just ever so slightly.. but all in all.. pretty much the same performance.

Go with the Novi if you can get it THAT much cheaper.

maf could be upgraded.. but not required.

Thanks for the reply. So if novi 1000 edges over the sc trim a little, then even better cause it's my least expensive one. I am not worried about quality because they are both reputable and owned by the same company. I was asking about the MAF because I read in some places that w/the anderson power pipe, you need to upgrade the MAF. I wasn't sure though. I am leaving the stock 19lbs injectors, so i didn't care to put an aftermarket MAF w/the same 19lbs sample tube as a stock one. But if it is necessary for the airflow than I would. I wrote Anderson Performance to see if the power pipe would really make much of a difference on the 6psi kits anyway. Because I know they usually advertise it for the 10psi and up kits.

If you plan on using the powerpipe.. you will need a larger maf.

The power pipe helps create more boost by allowing more air to enter the blower. If you choke it off with the stock maf the benifits of the power pipe will not be seen.

(I did not realize you were gonna use a PP in the first post)

I have been thinking about getting a base unit myself, the Paxton seems like a better deal.

yea it's pretty much the same thing as the vortech sc and the cheapest I have found the paxton so far is $1690 satin and $1900 polished brand new complete w/everything to run it.
