Which valve springs for TFS1 cam on GT40p heads

I searched around and really couldnt find a solid answer...This is going on a stock 96 explorer shortblock btw, I dont know if that even matters

Take the heads to your local shop to get cleaned and resurfaced if necessary. Tell them the lift on the tfs cam and they will match the springs for you. I had my heads cleaned, decked, new freeze plugs,and upgraded springs for under 300:

I installed these myself on my gt40p's and am using a TFS 1 cam as well.

Crane cams also has a kit...but I can't seem to find the p/n right this sec

Thanks for the advise fellas, that Trickflow kit is probably what Ill go with
