Whipple Supercharger - Installation Tips Needed

I'll be installing my Whipple supercharger this weekend. The installation seems pretty straight forward as the installation manual is well produced.

However, for anyone who has done the install themselves, can you offer any installation tips? Perhaps there's something that you screwed up or would have done better the second time around?
