I am going to be buying a set of rear window louvers soon but I cant decide on which brand to get.

I am torn between the aluminum ones and plastic ones. I see they both mount on the window with double sided tape which I am concerned with. I think the plastic ones look a little better than the aluminum ones but overall I want a quality set that won't come off at high speeds which is why I am concerned about mounting them with the double sided tape.

Opinions and advice???

I have had mine on for 2 years and have had no problems. I have the plastic ones. I will post some pics when I get home from work. You won't have any problems with them coming off.

I think you should rethink this one. Those look awful IMO.

I'm not really a fan of them even on the Mach, but the black accents of the Mach help it somewhat.

I think when you see them on my car you will change your mind

Just an example of how they look on a white mustang, the first one is my car with them chopped on

I think they will compliment my hood

heres another white mustang with louvers

Hey you gotta take risks sometimes to really stand out and have a badass, unique car...i can always take them off and re-sell them

I'm really going for an old-school look...

+4...No offense SkupKing...to each their own though....

I never even liked louvers on the 69-70 Mach 1's, let alone a late model stang...

No offense taken guys. My favorite stang has always been the 70 mach 1 and that’s why I did it. I personally like the retro look but it’s ether you love it or hate it.
