I have one. My 87 Ranger has a 5.0 87 roller motor with a B303 and a Performer RPM intake. I run the Holley carb off an 83-85 5.0 and no choke at all. It has no pollution crap except for dual 2.5" hi flow Catco cats. By backing the timing off a bit and running a litre of Methyl Hydrate in the gas (don't want them gas lines freezing eh?) it passes like an electric car. It probably didn't need the methyl or timing but that always helps. The cats don't slow it down any, i've run without them and it's no faster.
