I need to rebuild my rear end pretty soon its starting to make some noise, also I wanna ditch the 2.73's. I plan on getting a rebuild kit along with some moser 31 spline axles and a new posi unit with some 3.73's. Who here has rebuilt there rear end, and how hard was it, plus any special tools you need to use?? I want to put new bearings in too. Also how do you set the backlash on the gears? I want this thing too last for more than a day.
