prepped track
I run at a local eight mile the track is usually prepped pretty well, I dont even do a burnout if I plan to leave under 5000 rpm, I now weight transfer would would speed my 60ft,but I COULD transfer weight just fine if it wouldnt bog, I had the Identical set up in my 93 except it was injected, cobra intake,73mm MAF, and 24lb injectors, it also has MSD ignition, the only other difference is a 4 cylinder t-5, it doesnt bog and on a good launch it goes mid 1.7s, I just dont know if this is typical of carbed stick cars, or if it could be fine tuned out with the carb, I run 36 degrees of ignition timing that is fully advanced by 3000. its a stock distributor I have modified, maybe ignition, maybe something little am missing, I just know If I can get the bog out this contraption should really haul the mail.
