Wide wheels and tires - all around

Hey guys, I've got a 92 Fox vert that I'm running in CAM-T in autocross. Looking to upgrade my tires this winter. I'm doing an SN-95 5-lug swap with Ranger rear axles/drums for now.

For wheel and tire fitment, I'm looking at several options for wheels.
17x10
18x9
18x10

Since it's an autox car, I want all four corners the same. I'd REALLY like to have 10" wide wheels, but it's not 100% necessary.
Here's the question I'm having a hard time finding an answer to:
What needs to be done in order to fit a 10" wide tire under the front of a Fox?

To be honest, the car is a complete beater and I don't care if I have to cut fender wells and buy fender flares. Doesn't bother me. I'm concerned about the wheels rubbing. My current 9" Cobras rub on the a-arms sometimes. Will 10 wides clear if I change over to tubular a-arms? I don't mind going tubular a-arms with coil overs, but I don't want to spend the money only to find out it won't fit anyway.

Thanks!
