will these fit? 295/65r15 bfg drag radials 93 fox

i've got some 295/65r15 bfg drag radials and i want to know if anyone has run a tire this big on a stockish foxbody. i has eibach lowering springs on rear, fender lip isnt rolled (yet). any help appreciated as i dont know much about foxes.

btw i can get a sweet deal on some stock 10 holes for these. let me know if this would work.

not a chance in hell... thats a 30" tire and its almost 12" wide...

Yes they will fit. But not on 10 holes and not in an unmodified wheel well.

ok, what wheel would i need? i was thinking 8-8.5" but idk the correct backspacing.

need ATLEAST a 10 inch wheel and your going to need mini tubs

ok i couldnt find any info frombfg, but for the same size mt et street radials, mt recommends 8.5" rims, but lists a range of 8-10"
so if i had a 8.5x15 wheel, any guesses on the correct backspacing?
i figure i would have to remove the quad shocks and roll the fender, hmm.
maybe i should pony up and buy some et streets of a smaller size...
nah that would be too easy.

is this because of the tire height being about 30"? because i found an article where 5.0 mustang and super fords installed 315/35r17 by rolling the fender and beating the inner with a sledge.

Ive had 295s on 10 holes, rubbed alot. but they were 60 ratio not 65.

dont know if the pic will work, but it is my old wheels/tires on my 67 they are 295/50r15 on a 15x8 cragar. it looked nasty from behind with those tires

remeber-these will be for the strip only-bolt them on, drive 20 mins on fwy, race and come home.

ok, there is a guy in the classifieds selling 295/65r15 with pics on his notch.
hes had to roll the fender and "adjust" the inner fender. i pm'd him regarding the wheel size/backspacing. thanks for the responses

they rub a little under hard turns, sure a couple hits with a hammer could fix that but havent done that yet. they fit fine on a 7 inch wheel, give the car a nice stance too.

i already had the wheels off for my gear swap this weekend, so i set one in the fenderwell just to get an idea...

ive had a 295 on a 7 inich wheel,had a hell of a bubble though
