Well I just received my cams last week. They are Houston performance s292 cams. The specs are 531/531 with a 292 advertised duration, but it's actually 240 at .050. With the long tube headers I added after the last tune and the 2 more psi that I hope to see around 500 to the wheels . I made 431 @11psi my last tune. I still need a kenne bell boost a pump and a tune afterwards.

I also have an appointment to get my gears and 31 spline forged rear rebuild done next Wednesday. I will also have the axle tubes and torque boxes welded. I had some kind offers to help with the install , but I thought it would just be easier this way. Plus they will be responsible for their work and I can have it all done at once.

I also might have my slicks mounted next week.

I hope this will get me well into the 11's next year! :

Did you get a price quote on all of the rear end stuff? I have some axles with c-clip eliminators and a spool with 4.10s going in soon, and was gonna ask about getting everything welded up too.

I live in redneck usa so things are just cheaper here. I was qouted 350-400 to install and weld.
