Wobbly Steering wheel (video)

Anyone know how I could fix this? I checked under the dash and the whole column is not wobbling just the wheel and the nut holding the steering wheel on is tight as well. I took off the 2 piece ignition switch cover but saw nothing I could really check or tighten. Basically its wobbling from the gauge cluster forward

It's hard to tell from that video,but if it's just the steering wheel that seems loose (excessive movement),there are two bolts in the column that often come loose and need a little loctite and tightening.Takes about 10 minutes if you take your time.I had to remove the signal light assembly from the column (no big deal) and the bolts are there waiting.

The first suggestion is, as the first responder noted, the pins or pivot bolts for the tilt setup. If these get loose the wheel will wobble a lot.

Next, are the bolts under the dash, that hold the column up to the dash assembly. I think there are two brackets, one a the edge of the dash and one nearer the firewall.
