I have a 2001 GT with 35K on it, 5spd...
All I have done to it is a K&N Air Filter...

I plan on installing a UPR Off Road X Pipe as well as a Ford Racing Exhaust with Borla Mufflers, its 3" piping to the 4" tips with the engraved ford racing logo on it...

What will my hp/tq rating be after those installs?

Also another quick question....its probably a dumb one though...What Tranny is in my car? Its a 2001 4.6L SOHC the engine is from the Romeo plant...

If those are your only mods, you will likely lose hp/tq with 3" piping. I just put on 2 1/2" offroad midpipe with Bassani catback and it feels like I lost a little tq. I may have gained a few upper range ponies tho but not much.

Midway thru 2001 they switched from the T45 to the T3650. I think you can get a code from inside your drivers side door sill that will tell you which one you have.

Ok will do, thanks. When I get to the shop to have the parts installed I will do a before and after dyno...it'll answer my questions....hopefully.

I would do 2.5" piping if you can and its not to late. The 3" is way to big for your car, really any car.

why dyno it? its a waste of money you can put toward other mods. your car is basically all stock! get a LOT more mods before hitting the dyno. you may put down 240/260. and the 3" exhaust is too much and 4" tips will look like truck exhaust IMO.

i had full bolt ons and never hit the dyno till i put my Novi on. i didnt see the need to pay $75 to see some dissappointing numbers.
