Seats are definitely recovered. The blue plastic is stock, but I believe it came with all white seats in the convertible

To the OP: Why are you so worried about the value of the car? It's a regular old GT 'vert, not like it's a '93 Cobra or an '86 Saleen. The GT/LX cars seem to hold the same value whether they've been mildly modified or bone stock. So long as you don't do something completely tasteless (like, two-tone blue and white interior, for example
), the car won't really change in value.It's a Fox, man. Mod the hell out of it. Build it your way.

A) depends on who does it and how good they are.
B) book value is nothing on that car, hard to go down from there. What you may buy or sell it for is not necessarily what it's actual value.
C) what it's worth is all in the eye of the beholder. That car is worth something different to every person that sees it. Is blue paint going to make it worth more or less to you? That's the only thing that is important!
BTW, That car would look so much better blue w/ white stripe than it does now. You should have already done it. Send it to me and I'll do it, I'm not too expensive....

As stated before, the car isn't a special edition so do what you want with it, if it makes it cleaner and nicer it will help a re-sale, but won't change the value very much.
And definatly no, that interior is not original. It's probably the two tone vinyl kit from latemodelresto.com. I'm pretty sure the whole interior was blue with blue cloth seats and someone just changed the seat covers.
Personally, I would change the interior color to black or white, or black AND white, and keep the car white with a black top.
You can pick-up some vinyl seats from LMR for around 300.00 and paint the plastics. Thats about $2200 shy of a decent paint job when your changing color.

Thanks guys - yeah I was thinking in terms of resell - but you are right, I might luck out and find someone who really wants the two-tone, and then i'll scare away 5 people who hate it!
I would love to do white/black, and do the car black as well - but now we are getting into some serious $$, and realisitically - its just a fox im going to beat to crap anywyas - id rather put 2-3k under the hood!!!
