Would it be too rice to have two different design wheels on a stang? I have seen exotic sports cars with a different design wheel on each side of the car.

Anyone have a thought on this? I have found a couple designs I really like and thought it might be cool.

IMO, the only time you can get away with 2 wheels designs is at the drag strip running a different set on the back with the track only tires. Other than that...

Let me clarify, I may not have been specific enough. I am for sure doing staggered fitment. So what I am saying is that I have found two sets of Sevas wheels that I like. A 5 star and a 7 star. I have seen exotics that have the left side one design and the right side another design. So when you look for one side, you have the staggered look of the 5 star, when looking at the other side you have the staggered look of the 7 star. Or, if thinking Bullitts, say you put two black bullitts with chrome lips on one side, and silver Bullitts with chrome lip on the other side. For some reason this has always intrigued me. It looks like two different cars depending on what side you are looking at.

I have never in my life seen any exotic cars with different wheels on either side. You often see them on design bucks to assess which looks best but they also have different designs on both sides of the car too. It's cheaper than building two. Of course, you get people who paint the front and back ends of their cars different colours to confuse people.

I think you are confusing actual people from doing this with SEMA show cars that sit in a wheel/tire booth.

Yes, it is for sure not something from factory. I know most of the time I have seen this is in mags like Motortrend / Car and Driver / etc. There isn't a drastic difference, but it made the car look different depending on what side you were looking at it. Besides, when was the last time you saw all 4 wheels at the same time.

Why stop at two different designs? Go to 4 or 5 if you want to count the spare tire!
It would be like looking at 4 or 5 different cars!
