I raced a WS6 the other night. I don't know what year. I didn't tell him that I had a Turbo. I took him by 3 lengths off the line, good Nittos good, and when I was in third for a split second, all you could hear was his exhaust at my window. He ended up getting me by 2 full lengths. When we stopped to talk about his car he said " I never had a Mustang keep up with me like that." He said he had new heads, cam, lifters, headers, full exhaust, and it did sound good, and more done. I just cannot remember what else. Another guy in town said he ran a 12.1 1/4 mile. Makes me feel pretty good about my little set up.

Head/cam LS1's make 425+ rwhp no problem. Most of the cartech settups make 450+, its a very impressive motor.

Yeah I met a guy last weekend at sacramento raceway who had h/c/i on his SS he was running consistant 11.2's on skinnys and DR's. Those cars are sick! Way to keep up though. I wish my car had some Boost.
