Can you purchase a Mustang on the X plan and also get the cash back that Ford is offering? I realize the X plan is a pretty good deal, but if the cash back comes straight from Ford I thought you might be able to do both. I've been admiring the new Mustang for a long time, and an extra grand is a nice push.

I believe that you can, but I'll let you know as soon as mine comes in, hopefully early this week. The guy that I deal with at my dealership has been talking to me about the incentives and he knows I am using the X-Plan, so I would say that you could use them together.

If your talking about the 1,000 rebate thats on the mustangs that only applies if you get it financed with someone other then Ford. If you choose to take Fords loan they keep the rebate. They are pushing hard to get paid up front with their situation which is why they have so many rebates out.

Yes, you get both. Do not let them tell you otherwise.

I've bought other cars on X plan and also got the rebates. Shouldn't be a problem.

much obliged

Geez, I didn't really need the temptation of maybe saving a grand, but thanks!
