Xcal 3 Questions...

My Xcal is on the way and should be here very soon. It's coming with a mail order tune (91) and I can't wait for it. My question is, is there anything else I need to do after uploading the tune that would benefit my car, such as adjusting the timing or anything? Thanks in advance, I've never worked with a handheld tuner before.
