Xenon Quater Window Scoops/Anybody Have'em?

Thinking about putting a set of Xenon Quarter Window Scoops on my 94. Before I do that though I'm looking for someone who already has them on their car. Do they make NOISE? My 94 is the quietest car I've driven with the windows down in some time. I'd hate to mess that up....
