Damn straight!! Them things are what, 40-50lbs or so? Not bad if you are just moving them from one spot to another, but leaning over the fender and lifting that much weight is a PITA
 
This one was a particular PITA. The main problem is it's a Jeep, and at 5'7", I'm practically a midget. So even with a step stool, I can't reach in there and maneuver the head on to the top of the engine and see what I'm doing. This thing is also a dinosaur, it doesn't even have head dowels. So I had my wife operate the engine hoist while I lined up the head and fished the head gasket under there. Every thing is chinzy, and it runs rough now. I'm not sure if that's because the ignition system is crap, or if it's because the computer needs time to relearn.
