Suspension Caster Camber Main Plate Replacement

Well speaking from my nightmare c caster/camber Plate install, you can put front on Jack stands and place Jack under control arm( remove the sway bar link on control arm ,just one end) then remove strut nut and lower the jack. Just enough to change the plate.
Sounds doable. I’ll probably just leave the sway bar off until I do the final install, one less thing to redo. Thank you!

The Next Warhorse: 1993 Mustang LX Autocross Build

I’ve already taken 297.1 lbs. out of Apocalypso. My 1993 2.3L Mustang is getting lighter, but I still need to pull out over 200 lbs. to reach my 500 lb. weight loss goal. My quest to remove free & inexpensive weight has brought me behind the dashboard to take out the firewall sound deadening & the A/C evaporator core.

This video shares some tips for removing those parts, details the problems I ran into & provides an accurate weight for everything that came out of the car.

Rear Thumping Sound

Time to evaluate, first Jack up the car so rear tires are up. Now spin that tire and listen and look for the issue.
If nothing looks out of place and you don't hear any noise then swap rear tire with front tire to see if the problem follows.
If it's making noise in front then it's the tire/rim.

Try this and get back to us.
Good luck young buck.

Roush 2005 Roush Mustang Registry

What exhaust does the Stage 1 have? 2005 more specifically? I'm looking to do an axle back to add just a little more noise. Wife suggested going with the Roush cat-back to keep it all Roush but I'm wondering if it's the same thing that it came with? I'd do a cat back but sounds like you need a tuner but i don't want to go that route.
Any suggestions? Don't want it too loud and want to keep the rectangular Roush tips back on it

'05 to '09 V6 Mustang / Explorer Owners Using " X- Charger " kits ( Explorer Express )

I know this thread dates back a few years, but hoping someone takes a look and is able to respond!

My brother gave me his old 2005 Ford Mustang V6 with the X-Charger installed. Unfortunately, it's been sitting on his driveway for years. I'm trying to fix it up and get the car back in running condition, but I need to pass an emissions test first (I live in GA). When I plug in my OBDII, it says my Catalyst, O2 sensor heater, EGR system and O2 sensor are "not ready". After logging over 800 miles trying to complete a drive cycle, I came across many threads in various forums detailing how it could be a tuning issue.

My question is does anyone know of anyone who works on X-Charger tunes now? It looks like Explorer Express is no longer in business. I don't know who to reach out to or who can help with this.

Engine OG “Quickie Cooler” Fan/WP Drive

8hp, 15 to 20hp no PS pump

I'm going to bypass the power steering pump with the short belt, so I was hoping for a cumulative 15 rwhp / 10 rwtq.

Techmotion did a dyno test bypassing the power steering pump and it was worth 6 rwhp / 6 rwtq, so we'll see what I can pull out of it.
