its all motor til the end of the burnout which youll hear the turbo:)

hp stage 1 turbo kit with electronic boost controller, on a 357w, trick flow intake, victor jr. heads, e303 cam, wideband 02 sensor with gauge. plus other goodies but ya...

took it out for the first time, and made 2 lbs of boost, the front lifted(not off the ground) but it plants you and broke the rear tires free, lil later on got to 3.5lbs of boost and the motors happy the tires wear down.. then finally got her upto 5 lbs of boost and that was insane, the rear tires stand no chance and when you hear the psssssh....you kinda get tingly... got to a stop sign, gave it some break and some gas, just enough to bring it off idle, dropped the break and the tires left their signature:nice:

my dad was along for the ride and i went into a parking lot, and was driving got into the boost and the tires gave way, he started flawling his arms like quagmire did when he was sittin in the strip club yelling wooooah and throwin his money all over the place, it was hilarious...the great thing about it all is the car stays pointing straight in the direction you started just has absolutely no traction...and they are bfg drag radials....

anyway just thought id share....hope everyone enjoys the video:)

Gotta love those HP turbo kits wait til you try 10psi , you'll have to get dad some depends to wear:lol: I have a pic of my car @the track@Joliet with the tires off the ground. If I could scan it I would post it but it is a poster size pic.

Do you think you could put the vid on streetfire maybe...cant see youtube vids at work.

I will be going with a similar single turbo kit here soon too! Looks like a sick car!

i uploaded the video to streetfire, just waiting for it to optimize for streaming

what tuning software are you running? Im assuming tweecer?

well there is no tuning software, stock computer, whole lot of trust into the fuel pressure regulator, the wideband 02 sensor with gauge, so far everythings good but the car hasnt been wide open throttle, but when you get into the boost the a/r ratio is fine right between 11-12, shes goin to the dyno before the track to make sure everythings okie dokie

I have been running the way HP said to, with spout pulled out @20 degrees, aeromotive air/fuel meter, for 4 years now and 25K miles. My dyno numbers I have posted are with stock GT40 heads and stock Cobra intake then I decided to go with the Hogan upper and trick-flow lower, could definitely feel an increase in power but it started to get a little stumble @2500rpm. nothing terrible just irritating. Found somthing really awesome... XPI Timing Lock. It maintains factory timing until it sees boost then it locks it where you have it set for. I tried it at 14 degrees initial and locked @18 degrees. Took about 30 min. to install. What a great thing,$150.00, and it made such an unbelievable difference in street manners and low end horsepower unbelievable, gotta learn how to drive the car again talk about blowing tires off from a take off, wow. I'm anxious to get to the dyno with the new setup.

thats right, we really appreciate you taking the time to talk with us that day too...

there was a bunch of things we had to do differently because it was a 351, the proportioning valve had to be relocated, the driver side framerail had to be persuaded for clearence of the driver side header...the inner fender hole was massive due to the position of the header and turbo, the lower radiator hose had to be fabbed up, lots of crazy lil things in there too but overall the car is awesome.
