Congrats dude. My girl and I just took a trip down to our proposed relocation area and ultimately decided on renting vs. owning for a couple years or so. Time allowances = rent and don't worry about anything. The money won't matter, it's a time and stress issue. Can't wait 'til we do own a home though (for more reasons than one, haha)

thanks, the big one is from a burnout contest, i won 3rd. ya i figure rent for a lil while. that way i dont have to deal with any problems the place may have later on and what not.
