Yeah, but it's hard to see those empty seats 'cause the camera isn't up close and focused on them for long if at all.

I heard on the radio this morning while listening to Johnboy & Billy there are seats available for Bristol!!!! When, if ever, did you hear that before!?

U.M.
the announcers were even talking about that (Bristol) I was shocked. I'm so tempted, but know that the hotels would be too much :(

I actually think you must have serious, deeply rooted homosexual fantasies about Jr. the way you go about hatin' on him for no apparent reason. How does his dictate?

U.M.

Nice attempt at reverse physiology but does not change the fact that JR sucks. He is with the best team in Nascar, why is he not winning races? He just does not have what it takes its that simple. Hes content to ride his fathers name and fame and to never make one for himself.

Ticket prices will have to be lowered if they want to pull more people in. Majority of people just dont have the same amount of expendable cash and a trip to a Nascar event is not cheap

define cheap? I spent $95 for the ticket, and the gas to get there (40miles each way). There are two races a year.

Compare that to going to every home football game at the Georgia Dome (if I was a Falcant's fan). Even for nose bleed seats, you are paying ~ 50 bux, plus parking (parking is free at NASCAR tracks), plus getting there, plus eating because there is no tailgating that I know of.

In the end, going to all of your "home" races is much cheaper then attending all of your "home" football games

Kansas won't sell single race tickets...you have to buy the whole weekend. :notnice: $428 for me and my wife...
That totally sucks! How can they do that? Why in the hell would they do that? The track owner is shooting himself in the foot.

I think what shocked me the most was the amount of empty ROWS in the upper grandstands. Those almost always sell out.

Last season and maybe the season(s) before the announcers would say how it was a sold out crowd but looking at the stands, when the camera allowed, would reveal plenty of empty seats. All those people couldn't have been out getting a dog or taking a piss.

Yes I know, the truth hurts. You will learn to deal with it someday.
Again, Blah, blah, blah.

All aboard the Earnhardt hatoraide wagon, your conductor for this years trip is none other than Redline.

Too bad he's still the most popular and highest paid (including endorsements) NASCAR driver ever! Been voted the "Fan Favorite" since his initial start in the Cup races back in '99. All your misdirected, pent up sexual frustration over Dale Jr. being THE MOST LOVED NASCAR DRIVER TODAY has really got you worked up huh? You can't help but to take a jab at him every chance you get.

The poor cold truth to the matter though is no amount of hate or bullshyte that you regurgitate from your pie hole will ever change that fact. :rlaugh: :rlaugh: :rlaugh: :rlaugh: :rlaugh:

Just like Mickey D's...I'm love it...

wait a minute, he's made more money the Jeff Gordon? I don't know about that. I imagine he's close, but Gordon has made a killing, including endorsements
Yes, last year Jeff was a little ahead of Jr. in the overall amount of money earned, but I think that included race earnings too didn't it? I was referring to just salary and endorsements. Haven't heard the numbers for this year yet.

The top-five higest paid drivers listed by Forbes:
1. Jeff Gordon: $32 million
2. Dale Earnhardt Jr.: $31 million
3. Jimmie Johnson: $23 million
4. Tony Stewart: $19 million
5. Kasey Kahne: $14 million

Just heard that the parade laps with the drivers for Saturday's & Sunday's Bristol race will be full with 43 Mustangs from different years. Should be neat! One of the SVTPerf members is driving his fathers Mystichrome. He doesn't know what driver he'll have in the back though.
