SMOKED A 5.0 NOW IM SMOKING MASELF

HI I AM A CURRENT OWNER OF A 96 GT....LASTNIGHT I GAVE IT A GOOD RUN AGINST A 94 5.0. AND DROVE FOR 20 MINUETS AFTER TO MY RESIDENCE WITH NO PROBLEM.....IT ALL STARTED THIS MORNING I DROVE ABOUT 10 MINUETS AND MY CAR STARTED SMOKIN FROM THE STOCK EXAUST LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE CENTER OF THE CAR THE SMOKE IS WHITE AND THICK.....AND IM EMBARRASED TO SAY BUT IT DOES A STUTTERING PUT PUT MOTION WHEN RUNNIN.....CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT ON WHAT THIS CAN BE?

Please for the love of God turn off your caps lock.

You may have a headgasket issue (very unlikely in these cars, but sounds possible here). I'd go rent a compression tool and do a compression test in all 8 cylinders. You're looking to see that the compression values are relatively even cylinder to cylinder (10-15% variance is not a big deal).

i bet that 94 car isnt spitting white smoke out from under it, and i doubt you smoked a 94 unless your car has a ton of bolt ons and that car was bone stock, because my p/i converted 98 with gears was not much faster then a mild bolt on 5.0 car. matter a fact my 94 now with 273 with a ported intake exhaust and cai is faster

i have also heard that the rear blinker fluid container is located under the car so that could be whats leaking and dripping on the exhaust causing the white smoke ,,,, yep i think that is your problem

Actually you are correct I cant believe I overlooked the blinker fluid container! Those are notorious for causing that, my bad for giving out bad advice.

All jokes aside, mine did the exact same thing last week... I swapped out my muffler bearings and now it runs like it did when it was brand new!! Check those or maybe, just maybe you blew a basket and your leaking oil onto the exhaust. If the smoke is coming out from under your car, its the muffler bearings. If your car is on fire its an oil leak. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!
