I sir cannot do my self any harm, but by all means -if you are willing, take one for the team :D

Also, I know I didn't pay that for tires back when I had the Capri-and it got one rear tire every couple of weeks

Ok, a picture. What you have here is a bunch of mud and a little bit of hood thrown in with it.

Those two patches of unblocked mud, i think, will be it. I'll try to get it glazed tomorrow.

It all depends on how long the voting line is though......

BTW, this proves anything can be fixed. Not that it should be fixed, but that it can, sort of.

Too bad you can't recycle bondo dust. I tried to use it to soak up an oil spill once, made it worse.
I used to work with a bodyman that would keep the dust and shavings and add it to fresh bondo he was mixing.

He said it filled dents better....which is sort of true. It also leaves billions of pinholes that need to be filled then as well. In addition to the mud not having the same structural strength either.

I don't work with him anymore.

i work with a few old body men and i have seen them do the same thing, never made any since to me but im just a dumb painter.

I've been at this dealership for 17yrs now, 4yrs at another dealership where I worked my way up the ladder to be a painter.
I had been at a independent shop for the last fifteen years before going back to a dealership. Kind of been all over the place over the years though really. Started out in my brother's body shop back in late '77.
