I've liked those wheels for awhile now.

MM&FF did an article about a five lug swap using those. Maybe it has some info about the tires. I don't remember.

Well i went ahead and ordered them, I notice they had a kit with the 2 17x9 for the front and 2 17x10 for the rear for 557.xx over 50.00 cheaper then ordering seperate... plus the Easter 7% off discount worked so 518.xx for them, good deal.... save about 100... and since they offer them in 4 lug, now I dont have to spend money on 5 lug swap in the future...

So I checked back on LMR and they sell the wheels with tires also... the tire size they use are 275/40/17 for the rear and 255/40/17... I got the wheels yesterday, and it just barely touches the quad shock on the rear, so I have to flip the quad around...

So anyone have any experience with these tires sizes on a fox with any fitment issues?

Might be a few months before I buy tires, but wanted to make sure before I order any...

It will depend on what brand tire you are running. Some of the narrower tires, like a 275 nitto, might be a little stretched on that ten inch wheel. Do you plan to run a drag radial or a street tire?

street.... there are the tires the LMR sells with the wheels if you bought the tire/wheel combo..

So that where I got the sizes... not sure what those sizes look like or how they fit.. that's why I wanted to see if others had 17x9/17x10 wheels and what tires sizes there running...

255/40 will most likely rub the fender and/or need rack limiters. I prefer BFG comp TA 2 over the Nitto's

I have the BFGs, don't love them, but really have nothing to compare them with. No straight line traction. @kendawg73 , Nitto makes a 285 in the G2 line which will probably be a better fit than the 275. Anyone else make a 285?

I ran 255/40-18 fronts and 285/35-18 rears. Zero mods to the front and they were fine. Rolled fenders in the rear and no quads (I have MM HD lowers) with no problems. 18x9 wheels all around. Best looking setup I've ever had on the car.

Will the 275/40's on 17x10 rims on the rear fit with just flipped quads or will they rub the fenders if not rolled?
mine fit but i had to remove the quad shocks.

They will fit with the quad shocks flipped. I removed mine per my post.

You can also add a small spacer to pull your rear wheels out (aligned with your fronts). This will ensure no rubbing.
