Long story short. Took the car apart 15 years ago. Just now getting around to reassembly. Pulled out my box of interior and exterior trim pieces and these were in there. I don’t remember what these are and where they go. Anyone recognize them?

The funny thing is. I obviously don’t either. And I’m the one who took them off. I’m 99% sure they came off this car. Because the box held all of my interior and exterior trim pieces plus all the wether stripping for this car. No other parts. The fact that they are so clean, makes me think they go on the inside. Maybe part of the fold down rear seats or possible headliner? I just reaching here. I stripped the whole car to bare sheet metal. So they could go anywhere in the interior.

Hopefully someone else will chime in with some insight.

I confirmed they don’t go to the window assemblies or the window trim. Just doesn’t fit anything in that area.

I still have yet to figure out where they go. I just installed my new headliner. So the interior will go back together pretty quick. So maybe it’ll become obvious once things start going back together.

That's the conclusion I have come to as well. I don't think they go to this car. I have no idea how in the world they got in the box, but I have the whole interior back together except passenger area carpet and seats. Headliner, all trim, panels, and cargo area carpeting are in place. I usually do label things, But the trim is pretty obvious on these cars. You can't get it wrong. Or so I thought. Lol. Guess when spare parts get thrown in, anything is possible. I will tell you, if you do label your parts, don't wait 15 years to reassemble. I've been having issues with tape residue. But the main lesson to be learned here is, don't take a car apart and then wait 15 years to put it back together.

On a good note, it's finally happening.

And just what makes it a useless post? If the OP had listened to Stacy David on TV and labeled all their parts as they took the car apart, they wouldn't be having this problem, now would they? Lesson learned!
Because [Arm Chair Quarterback] from the [Mr. Obvious Show]. Might as well suggest a Time Machine after-the-fact. O_o I'm still working out the details of mine.
