1/8 mile math converted to 1/4 times

I know I have seen this formula before but can anyone tell me what the math formula is for converting 1/8 miles time to 1/4 mile times?

If a car ran a 7.2 @ 98, what would his car run in the 1/4 mile?

Thats a good site for conversions, the only thing is that it doesn't show mph.

Take your 8th time and X it by 1.55 for a power adder car, 1.58 for a NA car.
Take your 8th MPH and X it by 1.25.

That is close from what I've seen...
