thinkin about gettin mickey thompson et street drag radials but im not sure what size to get for the rear without any rubbing....planning on using a weld draglite 8 inch wheel someone please help me out
well, i ran my friend's set of mickey t's that were 26/1.50/15 on my LOWERED 93 hatch, and didn't haveany problems what soever...once you start gettung bigger than that, you usually need to do stuff like roll the fender lip & romove the quad-shocks. (that is, if you sn95 guys have them)
I have 15x10 Draglites with 275/50/15 Micky T drag radials. They fit fine on the rear, just had to hammer the passenger side exhaust pipe so it wouldn't rub. But thats probably my Flowmasters fault since they don't fit too well.
The tire didn't even come close to the quad shock with 6.5" back spacing.
I have Weld pro Stars 15x10 w 6.5" backspacing & 26x10.5x15 M/T ET street slicks, and I didn't have any rubbing issues with tailpipes or quadshocks. I didn't have to roll the fenders either. They fit like a glove
