Since it has started getting hotter there have been alot of posts about engine temps. increasing and cars running hot lately.
I have always ran 160* thermostats in my stangs which always ran cool even in Florida and have had no problems with them. (Fox Bodies)
I know there has been the 160* or 180* debate on which you should/could run. Some say the 160* cause problems and some say they don't. I am new to the SN95, and want to go with the 160* thermostat but I am not sure how this computer will react to it. I fear the majority of the responces will be in favor of the 180 but the question I want to know the answer to is this:
Why should I not use a 160* and why would the 180* thermostat be the better choice. Or if I am supprised and hear some say go with the 160* stat, explain why there as well.
Thanks, Adrenalin
