18x9s, 18x10s

I just bought 18x9/10 FR500's and they came with 245/40's on the front and 265/35's in the rear.

IMOP these tires are too small. I think it would look 10x better with 265/35 in the front and 285/35's or 295/35's in the rear. Once i wear these tires out I'll definitely install some larger rubber. Do it right the first time.

Here is the thread with my new wheels: Click Here

I'm not a real picture guy, so this was the best I have from a few years ago.

i have 18x9 & 18x10s and i also run a 265/35 & 295/35. overall, i like it. the front tire is borderline too thin IMO (sidewall). sometimes i wonder what it would look like with 255/40/18s up front.

will your car be lowered quite a bit? if not, wheel gap wheel be very noticeable.

fwiw, i have H&R SS springs.

in the market for some new wheels. 18x9s 18x10s

what is the correct size tire for these wheels? im confused.

i was told.
235/40/18 front
265/35/18 rear

thanks guys..

wonder how long this person has been selling tires...

well i have 18x9's and run 275//35's on all of them and i would say its a perfect fit. allows me to do rotations too.

I run 285's out back. If you're gonna go with 295's or bigger, expect some possible rubbing depending on your lowering springs. Up front I have 245/40's and its a great fitment. As far is 315's....lol. Thats huge man, and will prolly destroy your gas milage.

way too small. 265 up front and 295 out back. Both look perfect on my wheels and my car is lowered without any issues. I have the isolators removed so my car is lowered almost 2 inches. I thinks it looks bad if your tires barely make it to the edge of the wheel.
