My sheet metal has been setting in a Fresno terminal since the 11th ,seems they only deliver on certain days . One of these days i will get somthing i order on time and i will drop dead from disbelief . I have been waiting for over a month

Sopposed to be here today ,aint holding my breath ! All set up to sand blast tomorrow ,bright and early ...wakey wakey neighbors ,Leroy start up at sun up haha . Fired him up today ,started on the first crank after setting almost a year

My parts made it from Dynacornfooled you ,that was only the first pallet haha. Going to take me the rest of the day to open all of them

It didnt take long to empty out the boxes ,but now my shop is full .
The good news is ,i now have enough boxes to move into with style after our givornment is through screwing with us .
I may even be able to rent out a couple of boxes ...i am taking renter aplications soon !

Blasted ,i only blasted what i needed to put the new metal on ,the rest will be done on the rotisserie . Now on to primer

It is in primer ,just where it will be hidden when the new metal is on . I will blast the rest on the rotisserie. Going to level it tomorrow and i am ready to start on the sheet metal

I laid the new floor in place so i can mark all the under bracing ,it will come back out and i will drill all the plug weld holes

Would you mind taking some pictures of how you place the self-drilling screws? I drilled a lot of holes and I don't want to overdo it if I don't have to.

Usually about 4 down each side ,but what ever it takes to pull the floor down tight in the middle

Thanks. I’m starting to stockpile parts and will probably get back to work on it maybe next month or so. I need to get one of those collapsible shade tents so I don’t have to wait until the weather cools off. That sun is just brutal.

It is level front to back and side to side ,took most of the morning to do .
The floor pan has the plug weld holes drilled ,time to set the floor ,i will take pics as i go

I had to do it ,seat boxes are in . I have to grind the welds and the floor is done .
Ran out of welding gas so i am finished for the day ,may run to the welding shop for another tank though

This morning will be the trunk divider ,and possibly the tail light panel ,these go on first because everything attaches to then
