An opinion which I appreciate, and you are entitled to. Thanks for the input.I liked the old scoops better![]()

Aww look at you,..using an iPhone/iPad to reply. The "u" and " I" are always getting past the stupid piece of junks auto correct, and the " n,m,b,v,c are always included in the word because they got hit instead of the space bar.Reminds me of a new edge GT hood. Is the plan for two matcuingnones, or just the one bulge for the turbo?

I actually liked the original scoop better, but I'll reserve final judgement until I see them finished. So I'll let you spend dozens of hours blending them in and painting everything and then tell you I don't like it![]()

The only reason that I like the new ones better is because the entire car takes the shape of a shoe box (long and angular). IMO, the new style inlets dampen that a bit. You have a little bit of automotive feng shui going.
I thought the point was that you didnt want water to be able to get in?
What the pictures don't show is that there is already a kind of reversed version of that going on already that acts as a ramp into the mouth of the scoop...It's too bad that you need the clearance. An extractor set up would look amazing.
