I've decided.
I've decided that that damn oil leak is coming from the side cove plate right above the sending unit boss. When I made that plate, I had to cut a notch for the plate to fit around the threaded oil sender boss. After removing the sending unit this morning, it has to be coming from there. I just can see anywhere else it could be.
So,..here's the plan:
I'm gonna remove the sender completely, and screw a 1/4NPT plug in its place temporarily. I have cleaned, and gooped the suspect area (all I can do short of pulling the entire side of the engine off to get to that plate) and I'm gonna do a restart.
This morning, I buttoned the bottom of the dash back up. I found some HD Velcro strips that I had new laying around, and now the ECU, and the relay board are secured using that instead of the pain in the ass little 10-32 button-head screws I was using before.
I'll have the new pump tonight when I get home, but I work late tonight so I doubt that I'll even go look at it. When I do, it'll probably be Sunday. I'll install the new pump then.
So,.....provided I don't have a drip Sunday morning when I do the restart,......I'm thinkin' I'm going around the block in the Monster.

There is no camera,..remember.......... sorry assed non-focusing Ipad. w/ no way to secure it on the ride. so,....I got nothing for ya.
The bottom of my car is dusty, but other than that it is spotless. I'm not gonna coat it w/ an oil leak after laying on my back for hours scraping, burning, and brushing all of that crud off in the first place.
All this time I've been sticking my arms into the engine compartment through the K member, they come back out as clean as they went in.
So,..yeah,........I'm fixing the leak.

Use a clean drain pan,pour it back in when fixed?

Can't find it.. I'm thinkin' #2 has misplaced it. Besides, it only records in a MP-4 format,..takes for freakin ever to upload content. I'm still hoping to find it somewhere

I used the free version for some time before I bought the paid version; it works quite well. The only problem is that it has a popup ad, and expires every 90 days or so, but it is fully functional. When it expires, you just download the latest version and install it over the old version.
Ohh, look what I found...
The audio is less than stellar, and it takes forever to upload a vid, but I found it........in #2's desk drawer. ( How did it get there I wonder?)
I bought the thing for the Monster. The vid I made where I was welding, and banging on the intake manifold was the first one I made with it. If there is to be any in car vid however, I gotta figure out where, and how I'm gonna mount it w/o a roll bar to mount it to. One things for sure, it's a hell of a lot easier to handle than that damn iPad, I just gotta figure out how to upload a vid with it that doesn't take three times longer to do than the content I'm trying to upload.

Look through the camera menu files for the setting (H.264) and select that for encoding. If the option doesn't exist you can download an H.264 encoder/converter online. That standard of MP4 encoding is designed for live streaming.
Upload it to YouTube and embed the video over here. Easiest way and no worry about file size and all that nonsense
I read up on alot of stuff since then,...Mpeg4/H.264 is You tubes preferred video encoding. (Zackly what my Go-Pro wanna be uses.)
IDK why it seems slow to upload to me,....maybe because I do it so infrequently. Evidently,..that's just how long it takes to encode/compress/upload, and prepare a free video for hosting for viewing.
