trying to decide on a new exhaust setup for my 92 gt, thinking about doing an offroad BBK H-pipe paired with super 10 mufflers, but i want to know the difference between the offset/offset super 10's and the offset/center super 10's.

I'm not familiar with the kit you are talking about, but most mufflers come in a lot of configurations.
I believe the stock foxbody is offset/offset.

True. Offset/Offset is what you want.

The difference is where the pipe enters/exits the muffler. If you buy a muffler with a center exit you will likely have issues with tailpipe alignment. Unless you have a custom pipe fabricated.

Exactly. Has really nothing to do with the muffler but matching the pipes on the car. The underside of the mustang works best the way the factory set it up. So that's offset in offset out.
