2006 Front Fender dust/water/sound barrier

I'm looking for information on putting the barrier back in place between the firewall and the front fender - specifically the black "hood liner like" material seen from the hinged side of the door when open. I assume the inner fender has to be removed, but if someone can describe where and how this piece fits in place, I'd appreciate it.
